HVAC — Heating & Cooling

Condensers, furnaces, ducting, and thermostats — all major brands installed, maintained, and repaired.

The Craft

Done Right,
Every Time

In Texas, your HVAC system isn't a luxury — it's the difference between home and hostage. From changing out aging condensers and furnaces (all major brands) to sealing and replacing leaky ductwork, the goal is simple: even temperatures, lower bills, and a system that doesn't quit in August.

Maintenance is where most systems are won or lost. Seasonal service on condensers and furnaces, refrigerant charge checks, clean coils, and clean ducts keep equipment efficient for its full lifespan — and smart thermostats put all of it under your control.

Full Scope

Everything We Handle

  • AC Condenser Change-Outs

All major brands — sized right, set level, and charged to spec.

  • Furnace Change-Outs

High-efficiency furnace replacements with clean venting and connections.

  • Condenser & Furnace Maintenance

Seasonal tune-ups that catch problems before the heat wave does.

  • Refrigerant Service

Leak checks and proper charging — because "low on Freon" always has a cause.

  • New Ducting

Ductwork replaced and sealed for even airflow to every room.

  • New Registers

Supply and return registers upgraded for airflow and looks.

  • Duct System Cleaning

Dust, allergen, and debris removal through the whole duct run.

  • Heater Repair

Diagnosis and repair on heating systems of all types.

  • Thermostats — All Types

Smart and conventional thermostats installed and programmed.

How We Work

The Process

  1. System Evaluation

Age, efficiency, ductwork, and sizing reviewed — repair vs. replace, answered honestly.

  2. Right-Size Selection

Equipment matched to your home's real load, not just the old unit's label.

  3. Clean Installation

Set, connected, charged, and sealed with attention you can see in the line set.

  4. Test & Program

Temperatures verified at the registers, thermostat programmed to how you live.

Good Questions

Frequently Asked

How often should HVAC be serviced?

Twice a year — cooling service in spring, heating in fall. Regular maintenance protects efficiency, warranty coverage, and the equipment's full lifespan.

Why does my system keep needing refrigerant?

Refrigerant doesn't get "used up" — a system that needs recharging has a leak. Finding and fixing it beats paying for refrigerant every season.

Is duct cleaning worth it?

If you see dust buildup at registers, notice allergies indoors, or moved into a home after renovation — yes. Clean ducts mean cleaner air and better airflow.

What size AC does my house need?

Whatever a proper load calculation says — square footage, insulation, windows, and orientation all factor in. Oversized systems short-cycle and leave humidity; undersized ones never stop running. Guessing off the old label is how both happen.

How long should an HVAC system last?

With twice-yearly maintenance, roughly 12–15 years for a condenser and 15–20 for a furnace. Skipped maintenance routinely cuts years off both.

Will a smart thermostat work with my system?

Almost certainly — including adding the C-wire many older systems are missing. Installed, wired properly, and programmed to how your household actually runs.
